Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital service, online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

We want our clients to feel confident when purchasing our SEO services. We therefore offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial payment for a new SEO service plan.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.
• The request must relate to your first payment for the SEO service or any Web development service.
• You must provide your name, email address, and invoice or order number.
• You are not required to provide a reason, although feedback is appreciated.

Requests received after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Third-Party Expenses

The refund covers SEO service fees paid directly to us. Third-party expenses already incurred with your approval—such as advertising costs, premium tools, domain fees, content purchases, or external placement fees—are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within three business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Service Cancellation

Once a refund is approved:

• All work associated with the service will stop.
• Any active recurring subscription will be cancelled.
• Access to unpaid or refunded deliverables may be withdrawn.
• No further charges will be made for the cancelled service.

After the 14-day refund period, you may still cancel a recurring service before its next billing date. However, payments already made for the current billing period will not be refunded.

SEO Results

Search engine rankings, traffic, and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee a particular ranking or result. This does not affect your right to request a refund during the eligible 14-day period.
